As an LVN II, you will serve as a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, providing direct patient care under the supervision of RNs and physicians. This role is designed for experienced professionals who possess strong clinical judgment and a commitment to supporting excellent patient outcomes. You will be the bridge between complex medical protocols and the patient experience, ensuring that care is not only clinically accurate but also deeply human.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and support staff to coordinate comprehensive care plans. Your day-to-day involves assessing patient needs, administering medications and treatments, and performing essential procedures such as wound care and IV therapy. Beyond clinical duties, you will play a key role in educating patients and their families on care plans and discharge instructions, empowering them to manage their health effectively. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to support the orientation and mentoring of junior LVNs and support staff, helping to cultivate the next generation of caregivers.
Interested candidates are encouraged to apply directly through our careers portal. The selection process typically involves a review of qualifications, followed by an interview with the hiring manager to discuss clinical experience and team fit.
