About the Role
Kaiser Permanente is seeking an LVN I to join our Healthcare & Medical Services department. This position is dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care within a collaborative, improvement-focused team environment. The role exists to ensure high-quality, patient-centered healthcare by providing direct clinical support under the supervision of Registered Nurses and physicians.
In this position, you will be an integral part of the care team, managing vital signs, administering treatments, and assisting with activities of daily living. Your day-to-day responsibilities include documenting care accurately in electronic health records, supporting care coordination, and maintaining strict infection control and safety standards. You will also play a key role in patient education, helping patients and their families understand treatments, medications, and follow-up care plans.
