We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our primary care clinic. In this role, you will be the backbone of our patient flow, providing direct nursing care to adults and children who often face barriers to accessing healthcare. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure every patient receives dignified, culturally sensitive, and faith-informed support.
Your day will involve a dynamic blend of clinical duties and patient advocacy. From rooming patients and performing vital signs to administering medications and managing wound care, you will be instrumental in the patient experience. Beyond clinical tasks, you will educate patients on chronic disease management and wellness, assist providers with exams, and help coordinate care to ensure continuity. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is passionate about making a tangible difference in the lives of our community members.
