About the Role
At Hartford Healthcare, we are focused on supporting our colleagues. Our Registered Nurses have the opportunity to practice at the top of their license using research, innovation, and evidence-based practices. Under the general direction of Nursing Leadership and in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, you will utilize these practices in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
This position involves developing a plan of care for a complex, multi-varianced population of patients, meeting the physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs of the patient and family. We take great care of our Registered Nurses too, offering benefit options designed so you can care for yourself and your family just as you care for others. Graduate Registered Nurses have the opportunity to receive clinical instruction and additional learning opportunities as they complete the Nurse Residency program.

Location and Schedule
This position is located at 100 Grand Street, New Britain (10126). The role operates on a 24-hour day shift schedule, with rotations including every 3rd weekend and every other holiday.
