Our Registered Nurses have the opportunity to practice at the top of their license using research, innovation, and evidence-based practices. Under the general direction of Nursing Leadership and in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, you will utilize these practices in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
This position involves developing a plan of care for a complex, multi-varianced population of patients, meeting the physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs of the patient and family. Graduate Registered Nurses have the opportunity to receive clinical instruction and additional learning opportunities as they complete the Nurse Residency program.
Our benefit options are designed to support your well-being and growth. We offer automatic enrollment into the Nurse Residency Program for all graduate RNs with less than one year of experience, along with tuition reimbursement up to $5,250.00 after six months of employment and up to 40% tuition discounts with partnering institutions for colleagues and dependents. This position is located at 100 Grand Street, New Britain (10126). The role operates on a 24-hour day shift schedule, with rotations including every 3rd weekend and every other holiday.
