Our Registered Nurses have the opportunity to practice at the top of their license using research, innovation, and evidence-based practices. We offer our Graduate Registered Nurses clinical instruction and additional learning opportunities as they complete the Nurse Residency program. Under the general direction of Nursing Leadership and in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, you will utilize evidence-based practices to develop a plan of care for a complex, multi-varianced population of patients, meeting the physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs of the patient and family.

This position is located at 100 Grand Street, New Britain (10126). The shift is a 24-hour day shift, rotating every 3rd weekend and every other holiday.
