At Hartford Healthcare, we are focused on supporting our colleagues. Under the general direction of Nursing Leadership and in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, you will utilize these practices to develop a plan of care for a complex, multi-varianced population of patients. This includes meeting the physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs of the patient and family in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act.
We take great care of our Registered Nurses too! Our Graduate Registered Nurses receive clinical instruction and additional learning opportunities as they complete the Nurse Residency program.
