About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our inclusive, multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will serve as a vital partner in the care continuum for diverse patient populations across our orthopedic, spine, surgical weight loss, behavioral health, and rehabilitation services. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans while collaborating closely with physicians, therapists, and other team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Beyond clinical duties, you will play a key role in educating patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and discharge plans. You will also actively support safety and quality initiatives, contributing to performance improvement efforts that enhance the overall patient experience. This position offers a dynamic day-to-day environment where you can utilize your expertise in acute care nursing while making a tangible difference in the lives of our community members.
