About the Role
Encompass Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team within an inpatient rehabilitation setting. This position is designed to deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care while coordinating and implementing individualized rehabilitation plans. You will serve as a vital link in our interdisciplinary team, monitoring patient progress and ensuring strict compliance with clinical standards and safety protocols.
In this role, you will provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients and families across our hospitals and home health services. A key part of your day involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to assess patient needs, plan interventions, and adjust care strategies based on patient responses. You will also play a crucial educational role, guiding patients and their families on illness and injury prevention, as well as managing their health effectively after discharge.
