About the Role
As a Nurse Supervisor, you will serve as a vital leader within our healthcare services team. In this role, you will oversee nursing staff across various departments, ensuring that clinical operations run smoothly and that patient care plans are meticulously assessed and executed. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and standards while fostering a culture of excellence.
You will be responsible for coordinating training and professional development opportunities to help your team grow, as well as managing scheduling to ensure adequate staffing levels at all times. A key part of your day will involve facilitating seamless communication between different healthcare teams and providing coaching and feedback to evaluate staff performance. Additionally, you will play an active role in the recruitment and hiring of new nursing personnel, helping to build a strong and capable team.
Hiring Process

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is preferred.
