About the Role
As a Nurse Supervisor, you will serve as a vital leader within our healthcare services team, overseeing nursing staff to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered to our patients. This role is designed for a dedicated professional with strong organizational skills and excellent leadership abilities who shares a profound commitment to patient well-being.
In this position, you will manage and supervise nursing staff across various departments, ensuring full compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. You will play a key role in coordinating training and professional development opportunities, assessing patient care plans, and supervising clinical operations. Additionally, you will facilitate seamless communication between different healthcare teams and manage scheduling to maintain adequate staffing levels.
Hiring Process
Interested candidates should submit their application with a current Active Registered Nurse (RN) license and Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is preferred.
