Matrix Providers is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of talented professionals dedicated to providing essential healthcare services to veterans and their families at the TRICARE Prime Clinic in Virginia Beach, VA.
About the Role
In this full-time position, you will perform a comprehensive range of nursing duties within an outpatient acute care setting. Your day will involve conducting patient assessments and triage, monitoring patient status, and executing physician orders in accordance with standard nursing practice. You will be responsible for formulating goal-directed plans of care, prioritizing tasks based on patient needs and available resources, and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by the health team. Additionally, you will ensure a safe and clean environment for patients, provide treatment and discharge instructions, and identify learning needs to offer appropriate patient education and emotional support.
