About the Role
In this position, you will be the cornerstone of patient care, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, and case managers. Your day will involve assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while maintaining accurate documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR). You will provide essential bedside nursing care, including IV therapy, wound care, and telemetry monitoring, while educating patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and self-care strategies. This role requires flexibility to adapt to varying facility procedures and patient populations, often floating between units to support seamless care transitions.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- verifiedActive, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in applicable state(s) or compact state license

- verifiedMinimum of 1 year of recent acute care or relevant clinical experience
