About the Role
Encompass Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team within an inpatient rehabilitation setting. This role is designed to deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care while coordinating and implementing individualized rehabilitation plans. You will serve as a vital link between patients, families, and a collaborative interdisciplinary team, ensuring that care is both effective and compassionate.
In this position, you will monitor patient progress, provide essential education on illness and injury prevention, and guide families on managing health after discharge.
