About the Role
Encompass Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team within an inpatient rehabilitation setting. This position is designed to deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care while coordinating and implementing individualized rehabilitation plans. You will serve as a vital link between the patient, their family, and a collaborative interdisciplinary team, ensuring that care is both comprehensive and compassionate.
In this role, you will work in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment that offers strong support and clear pathways for career growth within our nationwide network. Your day-to-day impact involves monitoring patient progress, educating patients and families on illness and injury prevention, and managing health strategies for life after discharge. Requirements
