About the Role

As a Registered Nurse on our 7 Cardiac unit, you will utilize the nursing process to provide comprehensive patient care while maintaining professional accountability for your assigned patients. Your day will involve evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by direct caregivers, coordinating patient needs across departments, and upholding patient rights and confidentiality. You will perform all duties in alignment with Mercy's mission, values, and Service Standards.
