About the Role

In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care, coordinating treatment plans and administering medications while supporting patients and families through every stage of their journey. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote safety, education, and positive outcomes. This position is designed for a nurse who thrives in a dynamic environment, advocating for patients' needs and ensuring culturally sensitive care for diverse populations.

Your day-to-day involves partnering with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care, from diagnostic tests to transitions between units. You will play a vital part in quality improvement initiatives and may have the opportunity to precept or mentor new nurses and nursing students, fostering the next generation of healthcare leaders.
