About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our collaborative environment. In this role, you will work closely with physicians and advanced practice providers to deliver preventive, acute, and ongoing care across the lifespan. You will be an integral part of a community-focused team that prioritizes the well-being of every patient.
Your day will involve performing comprehensive patient assessments, administering medications and immunizations, and supporting chronic disease management initiatives. You will play a key role in coordinating care and referrals, ensuring seamless transitions between providers and community resources. Additionally, you will provide essential education to patients and families regarding conditions, medications, and self-care strategies, while maintaining the highest standards of infection control and safety within the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- verifiedActive RN license in state of practice
- verifiedBLS certification
- verifiedExperience with electronic health records (EHR)
