Our organization thrives on a culture of CARE BRAVELY—where compassion, courage, and urgency drive every decision, empowering teams to shape the future of healthcare.
As a Registered Nurse within the Cardiovascular Rehabilitation department at Carroll Hospital, you will be a vital member of the Nursing Department, responsible for the provision of comprehensive nursing care. You will manage care for patients and their families by applying the nursing process with independent judgment, collaborating with all team members, and coordinating with ancillary and support services.
Your day-to-day involves providing and delegating patient care activities based on specific patient needs and team capabilities, while supervising the delivery of care. You will evaluate patient responses to treatments and nursing interventions, revising the plan of care as necessary. Additionally, you will monitor patient progress and prepare patients for discharge, ensuring a seamless transition in their care journey.
Join a team that values innovation and outcomes, delivering life-saving care to our community. We offer a culture of collaboration with resources like unit-based practice councils and advanced clinical education support, allowing you to work at the top of your license. We are committed to your growth, offering opportunities for professional development, including tuition reimbursement and foundational skills for advanced certification.
