The Registered Nurse (RN) on our Medical-Surgical unit provides safe, patient-centered care within an acute care environment. You will utilize the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver direct patient care, coordinate care, and perform clinical assessments.
We welcome new graduate RNs and offer a structured residency program designed to build confidence and clinical skills. This role includes hands-on training and dedicated preceptor support. As a team member, you will partner with physicians and nursing support staff to ensure high-quality outcomes for our patients.
A sign-on bonus of $15,000.00 is available for qualified candidates. Eligibility and payout terms apply, and specific details will be discussed during the interview process.
