About the Role
Encompass Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team within an inpatient rehabilitation setting. This role is designed to deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care while coordinating and implementing individualized rehabilitation plans. You will serve as a vital link in our interdisciplinary team, monitoring patient progress and ensuring strict compliance with clinical standards and safety protocols.
In this position, you will provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients and families across our hospitals and home health services. Your day-to-day involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to assess patient needs, plan interventions, and adjust care strategies based on patient responses. A key component of your mission is to educate patients and their families on illness and injury prevention, empowering them to manage their own health effectively after discharge.
