Solutions by Sanford is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this position, you will be the backbone of patient care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans while educating patients and their families. You will navigate a dynamic environment where flexibility is key, often floating between units or adapting to varying facility procedures and patient populations. Your day will involve comprehensive patient assessments, administering medications and therapies safely, and maintaining accurate documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR). Beyond clinical duties, you will participate in handoffs, huddles, and interdisciplinary rounds to ensure seamless care transitions, while also supporting the orientation of new staff to foster a collaborative environment.
