The Community Training Center operates within the Hospital and departmental framework to support clinical and non-clinical educational programs. Our mission is to foster a culture of safety, continuous learning, and evidence-based practice across all operational components. The team serves as a vital resource for staff development, ensuring that educational initiatives align with organizational goals and strategic plans while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
This position serves as a Nursing Professional Development (NPD) practitioner dedicated to assessing, planning, developing, and evaluating educational programs for diverse age groups, including neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. You will act as a change agent and consultant, collaborating with stakeholders to identify practice gaps and design curricula that integrate the latest research findings.
In this role, you will implement educational strategies using adult learning principles to create positive learning environments. Your day-to-day work involves analyzing program outcomes, monitoring progress toward goals, and utilizing quality improvement processes to enhance the effectiveness of instructional programs. You will also serve as a role model for professional practice, mentoring others and advancing the NPD specialty through active participation in committees and professional growth activities.
