The Registered Nurse (RN) on our Medical-Surgical unit provides safe, patient-centered care within an acute care environment. You will utilize the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver direct patient care, coordinate care, and perform clinical assessments. This role is vital for monitoring patient conditions, responding to changes in status, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
We welcome new graduate RNs and offer a structured residency program designed to build confidence and clinical skills. This position includes hands-on training, dedicated preceptor support, and ongoing education to foster career growth. You will partner with physicians and nursing support staff to guide patient and family education while managing medications, IV therapy, and treatments.
A sign-on bonus of $15,000.00 is available for qualified candidates. Eligibility and payout terms apply and will be discussed in detail during the interview process.

Current ACLS certificate, previous Acute Care hospital experience, Ventilator Management experience, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
