Solutions by Sanford is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this position, you will be the cornerstone of patient care, responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care to ensure optimal outcomes. You will work closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, and case managers to coordinate and optimize the patient journey. From bedside nursing care and IV therapy to educating patients and families on self-care strategies, your role is vital in maintaining safety and quality standards.
You will enjoy the flexibility of contract options and 24/7 recruiter support, allowing you to adapt to varying facility procedures and patient populations while floating between units as needed. This role is designed for professionals who demonstrate flexibility, professionalism, and a commitment to sharing their expertise to support the orientation of new staff and travelers.
