In this capacity, you will plan, organize, and direct nursing functions for patients on the unit, ensuring the best possible care is delivered. You will act as a resourceful and calm presence during emergencies, ensuring that physicians' orders are implemented accurately and that patient privacy is rigorously maintained.

Hiring Process

Candidates must demonstrate the ability to function effectively in a stressful, fast-paced environment. The role requires a current Mississippi State RN license and a graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing. Successful applicants will be expected to obtain BLS certification within 30 days of their start date and must be willing to rotate shifts, work days off, and occasionally work overtime to meet patient care needs.
