This position serves as a vital coordinator within our healthcare team, delivering patient care through a collaborative practice model. In this capacity, you will plan, organize, and direct nursing functions for patients on the unit, ensuring the best possible care is delivered. The role requires a balance of clinical expertise and leadership, as you will make appropriate nursing assignments based on staff skill levels, guide personnel in problem-solving, and cultivate a working climate that promotes growth and job satisfaction. You will act as a resourceful and calm presence during emergencies, ensuring that physicians' orders are implemented accurately and that patient privacy is rigorously maintained.
