About the Role
The Registered Nurse (RN) on our Medical-Surgical unit provides safe, patient-centered care within an acute care environment. This role is dedicated to delivering direct patient care, coordinating care plans, and performing clinical assessments using the nursing process. You will be responsible for monitoring patient conditions, administering medications and IV therapies, and communicating critical changes to physicians.
We welcome new graduate RNs and offer a structured residency program designed to build confidence and clinical skills. This position includes hands-on training, skills education, and dedicated preceptor support to ensure a smooth transition into the acute care setting.
Hiring Process
A sign-on bonus of $15,000.00 is available for qualified candidates. Eligibility and payout terms apply and will be discussed in detail during the interview process.
