Solutions by Sanford is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this position, you will serve as a vital member of an interdisciplinary team, following evidence-based practices to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Your day will involve assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, while also educating patients and their families on diagnoses, medications, and self-care strategies. You will collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, and case managers to coordinate and optimize care transitions.
This role requires flexibility and professionalism, as you may float between units or adapt to varying facility procedures and patient populations. You will also have the opportunity to support the orientation of new staff or travelers, sharing unit practices to foster a seamless and supportive environment. With 24/7 recruiter support and credentialing assistance, you can focus entirely on providing exceptional bedside nursing care, including IV therapy, wound care, and telemetry monitoring.
