Our organization includes Campbell County Memorial Hospital, a 90-bed acute care community hospital in Gillette; Campbell County Medical Group, featuring nearly 20 specialty and primary care clinics; and The Legacy Living & Rehabilitation Center.
We are committed to being responsive to our employees' needs, offering a supportive environment with benefits including a sign-on bonus, generous PTO accrual, paid sick leave, comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, and on-site discounted childcare.
As a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), you will provide high-quality, patient- and family-centered care for critically ill patients. This role is vital for managing complex conditions such as hemodynamic instability and coronary care needs. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and evaluating care, administering medications, performing diagnostic tests, and developing individualized care plans.
Your day will involve collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes, maintaining accurate medical records, and assisting physicians with exams and procedures. You will also play a key role in educating patients and families regarding their health status and care plans while ensuring strict compliance with nursing standards, the Wyoming Nurse Practice Act, and National Patient Safety Goals.
To apply, please submit your credentials demonstrating your current Wyoming Nursing license and a minimum of two years of ICU experience. We encourage candidates with a BSN to apply.
