As a Registered Dietitian - Program Supervisor, you will lead a dynamic team dedicated to supporting the health and well-being of women, infants, and children in our community. This key leadership role involves overseeing the daily operations of a WIC site, ensuring efficient service delivery, regulatory compliance, and a welcoming, client-centered environment.
In addition to site supervision, you will serve as the WIC department's Nutrition Coordinator. This dual role offers the unique opportunity to shape both site-level operations and agency-wide nutrition strategies. You will contribute to the planning and implementation of local agency initiatives that promote nutrition education and breastfeeding support, fostering teamwork and mentoring staff to optimize clinic workflows and enhance participant experience.
This position is based in Harriman, NY. Following the successful completion of the training period, the role includes the option to work two remote days per week.
