About the Role
Join a field ranked in the Top 10 Most Meaningful Professions by Forbes magazine. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work 1:1 with children who have Autism to help them develop skills in communication, daily living, and socialization through a variety of play activities. Under the direct supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), you will deliver a curriculum determined appropriate through formal assessments. Your work will take place in home, school, or clinic settings, allowing you to provide evidence-based therapies directly to clients in their natural environments.

Hiring Process & Requirements
To be eligible for this position, candidates must be available to work at least 12 hours per week, including at least three afternoons or evenings during the week. A critical step in our onboarding process is obtaining the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential. Ocean Front Counseling covers the costs for the 40-hour online RBT class, application fee, assessment, and exam voucher. Candidates must successfully obtain this certification within one month of joining the team before they are eligible to work. We also require a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance to facilitate travel between client locations.
