About the Role

As a Company Driver, you will primarily haul building products on regional or OTR lanes. We have optimized our operations to maximize your time on the road: 60% of loads are preloaded and 45% are pre-tarped, meaning you spend less time waiting for loads and more time delivering them. Our fleet features a trailer-to-truck ratio of over 2-to-1, supported by top-notch mechanics who keep our new Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks (including T880s and W990s with Cummins engines) in top running order.

You will enjoy dedicated home time and a relaxed driving environment with no slip seats, 1800W inverters, and a cruise speed starting at 68 mph. This role involves no hazmat and no Canada routes, focusing on a streamlined domestic delivery experience.

Hiring Process

To join our team, candidates must meet specific criteria, including holding a valid CDL-A license and physical, being at least 21 years old, and having a solid work history with 12 months of experience. Applicants must pass an agility test (demonstrating the ability to lift/carry 100 lb. tarps and climb), a urine drug screen, and a background check showing no DUI/DW, reckless driving, or drug convictions in the past five years.
