We are a veteran-friendly organization with a deep history of supporting Reserve and National Guard members. In partnership with FMCSA requirements, we have developed a specialized training program to hire and train newly separated service members who utilize the CDL Skills Test Waiver.
As a Regional CDL-A Driver, you will operate 2023–2027 Freightliner Cascadias equipped with Detroit Diesel power, automatic transmissions, and modern amenities like APU's, refrigerators, and heated/cooled seats. You will be responsible for regional routes covering OH, PA, NY, VT, ME, MA, CT, NJ, MD, VA, NC, GA, TN, MO, MI, WI, and MN, with a schedule designed to get you home weekly.
We understand the unique challenges of life on the road, which is why we have built a culture focused on quality of life. Our policies include pet-friendly accommodations, a no-cost passenger program for experienced drivers, and automatic reimbursements for showers, paid/reserved parking, and meals. We also guarantee weekly minimum pay for situations outside the driver's control and pay detention regardless of whether the customer pays the penalty.
We welcome recent CDL-A graduates and experienced drivers alike. To join our team, you must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have graduated from a recognized CDL training program. The selection process includes a current DOT physical, a successful drug and alcohol screen, and a road test. We look for candidates with a steady work history and a reliable track record of on-time deliveries.
