Compensation & Bonuses

Drivers can expect competitive earnings with an average pay per mile of $0.62 CPM and 28% of line haul for solo drivers. Payments are made weekly via direct deposit. New drivers may qualify for a $3,000 sign-on bonus, paid out over 90 days, plus a $500 orientation week bonus.

Application Instructions

To qualify with Baggett Transportation, candidates must meet specific criteria regarding age, driving experience, and safety records. Applicants must be at least 25 years old with one year of over-the-road driving experience in the last five years and must be able to pass a DOT physical. We maintain strict standards regarding traffic violations, accidents, and drug or alcohol test results.
