About the Role
As an OTR CDL-A Refrigerated Driver in our private fleet, you will be part of a family-owned team that values professional management and driver quality of life. This role offers a weekly guarantee of $1,400 with opportunities to easily out-earn that amount through practical miles. You will operate 2023 and newer Freightliners and Kenworth trucks equipped with modern amenities including APU, inverters, fridges, and SiriusXM.
Hiring Process
We offer paid orientation time and will fly you to orientation to get you started. The application process requires candidates to meet specific safety and experience standards, including a 12-month CDL-A history, a clean MVR for the last three years, and a successful FMCSA DOT pre-employment drug screen.
