About the Role
We are urgently hiring CDL-A truck drivers to join a team that values stability and professional growth. This role offers consistent routes with plenty of miles, ensuring you can maintain a predictable lifestyle. From late-model tractors equipped with automatic transmissions and APUs to a supportive environment that welcomes pets and riders, Marten provides the tools and flexibility you need to succeed on the road.
Hiring Process
Qualified applicants must possess a current Interstate Commercial Driver's License (Class A) and at least 6 months of recent CDL-A experience with one carrier after completing training. All candidates are subject to a background check. Marten will make an individualized assessment of any conviction history in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, the California Fair Chance Act, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act, considering factors such as the recency of the offense, evidence of rehabilitation, and the relationship between the history and the specific duties of the job.
