The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales performance across multiple locations in the Western U.S., responsible for leading commercial roofing sales teams, driving revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, and building a repeatable sales process across the region. This role requires someone who can lead from the front, understanding how to motivate experienced sales professionals, hold teams accountable to measurable activity, identify market opportunities, and help close significant re-roof, service, and maintenance roofing projects.
