We are not looking for a passive manager; we are looking for a true sales leader who knows how to build, coach, and drive a high-performance sales team.

This is an opportunity to step into a growing platform with major market opportunity, strong operational support, and one of the most lucrative commission structures in the commercial roofing industry. You will be leading hunters and closers in a high-impact leadership role with real earning potential and visibility, reporting directly into the C-Suite.

About the Role

The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales performance across multiple locations in the Western U.S., responsible for leading commercial roofing sales teams, driving revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, and building a repeatable sales process across the region. This role requires someone who can lead from the front, understanding how to motivate experienced sales professionals, hold teams accountable to measurable activity, identify market opportunities, and help close significant re-roof, service, and maintenance roofing projects.

The ideal candidate is a competitive, polished, and highly accountable sales leader who understands the commercial roofing market and knows how to get the most out of a team. This is a role for someone who wants more than a title. It is for someone who wants to help shape a growing commercial roofing platform, build winning sales teams, and be rewarded directly for the value they create. You will operate in a high-performance culture built around accountability, activity, and results, with a long-term growth path as the platform continues to scale.

Requirements
