About the Role

The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales performance across multiple locations in the Western U.S., leading commercial roofing sales teams to drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships. This role requires someone who can lead from the front, motivating experienced sales professionals to identify market opportunities and close significant re-roof, service, and maintenance roofing projects.

You will help build a disciplined, repeatable sales process across multiple branches and partner closely with operations, estimating, and executive leadership to ensure strong project handoff and customer experience.
