The Regional Sales Manager III serves as a strategic growth engine for our network infrastructure, industrial IoT, and edge AI markets. Based remotely within the Southeast or Southcentral United States, you will act as a trusted advisor to key customers and OEM partners, navigating complex sales cycles to deliver innovative solutions. This role exists to bridge the gap between emerging technologies and enterprise needs, ensuring our customers achieve their business objectives while driving significant revenue growth for the company.
In this position, you will manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, developing comprehensive plans that foster long-term partnerships. Your day-to-day involves engaging with executive stakeholders and technical decision-makers to identify high-value opportunities, while collaborating closely with internal Field Application Engineers and Product Managers to tailor solutions that address specific market challenges.
Candidates selected for this role will undergo a structured interview process designed to assess both commercial acumen and cultural fit. The journey typically includes an initial screening to discuss background and regional availability, followed by a deeper dive into sales strategy and past performance. Final stages involve a technical and scenario-based discussion with leadership to evaluate problem-solving skills and alignment with our go-to-market vision.
