HOERBIGER Safety Solutions, IEP Technologies (IEP) is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to grow sales, build brand recognition, and strengthen distribution sales channels for our Explosion Protection product line within the HAZLOC processing industries.
The territory for this position spans the Western United States (NM, AZ, CA, CO, UT, NV, ID, WY, MT, OR, WA), Western Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB), and Mexico. This role requires 40-60% travel, including participation in local and national trade shows as well as international travel for training. While the position requires living in the region, candidates are preferably based in Denver or Phoenix, though other locations close to a major airport may be considered.
In this role, you will develop and maintain long-term partnerships with end users, OEMs, system integrators, and A&E firms. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor for explosion prevention and protection solutions, training and supporting distributors and external sales representatives across the full product portfolio. Additionally, you will deliver accurate sales forecasting and market intelligence to inform strategic decisions, represent the company at customer meetings and trade shows, and manage the regional CRM to ensure pipeline visibility and effective territory planning.
