The Regional Safety Manager (RSM) serves as a critical partner to local leadership, driving safety performance across the region. This role is designed for a proactive leader who ensures compliance with all OSHA regulations while managing the full spectrum of injury protocols, claims processes, and training initiatives. You will oversee on-site inspections, analyze safety data to identify emerging risks, and develop preventative measures that protect our workforce.
In this position, you will not only defend the company against citations but also mentor Site Safety Coordinators and Area Safety Managers. Your work will directly influence the daily operations of our field teams, ensuring that safety strategies align with corporate goals while fostering a culture where every employee feels supported and valued.
