Brosnan Risk Consultants is poised for a significant year in 2021 with the expansion of our business on a national level. As we grow, we are seeking a motivated, skilled communicator who is passionate about producing results to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting and challenging recruiting position designed to support our national expansion. You will be responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies to source qualified security officer candidates through various channels, including job boards, networking, cold calls, and employee referrals.

In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle: from reviewing applications and evaluating qualifications to conducting interviews and documenting the process in iCIMS. You will serve as a key representative of Brosnan at networking and job fair events, positively representing our brand in the community. Additionally, you will ensure clear communication with applicants regarding job duties, compensation, benefits, and company policies, while maintaining accurate records and reporting status to Operations Managers and Field Supervisors.
