The company owner has been running dispatch operations since 2003 and remains personally available 24/7 to support our team. We are currently hiring drivers from all states.
About the Role
This position is designed for Owner Operators who bring their own truck and trailer to the table. As a driver with Vladi Trucking, you will earn 90% of the load rates. We pride ourselves on a no-forced-dispatch model; we typically book loads a few days in advance to ensure you are rarely waiting for freight. Depending on your location, your operating area will generally be within a 300-400 mile radius for regional work, focusing on dry van and refrigerated line haul. A key benefit of this role is that there is no driver load or unload required.
Home Time
Our schedule is built around your life. You can expect to be out for 3 to 5 days at a time, though you are welcome to stay out longer if you prefer. The standard expectation is that you will be home every weekend.
