About the Role
We are seeking a Class A Company Driver to join our team on an Over-The-Road (OTR) basis. In this role, you will operate Double Drop, Step Deck, Removable Gooseneck, and Flatbed trailers. As a team driver, you will handle 100% of the load and unload duties, along with 75% of tarping responsibilities.
This position offers a competitive average weekly pay of $3,098 per team and an average of 5,000 miles per week. A $5,250 sign-on bonus is available per team. While the schedule typically involves 24 to 25 days out, drivers have the flexibility to stay out longer if desired. The home time structure provides 6 days of home time for every 24 days worked, though weekends are not guaranteed.
Hiring Process & Orientation
Candidates must obtain a TWIC card within 60 days of employment. We offer a paid orientation program that includes covered accommodation (drivers receive their own room), included lunch, and assistance with travel expenses.
