As an integral part of the regional leadership team, the Regional Medical Lead (RML) contributes to the development of the region's strategic business plan. The role is vital for identifying key stakeholder and C-suite relationships, ensuring alignment with Otsuka's patient-centric strategy, and fostering a collaborative, patient-focused culture centered on experimentation, innovation, and curiosity.
