Our core values of Respect, Integrity, Stewardship, Excellence, Collaboration, Kindness, and Joy serve as our guiding principles, impacting every aspect of our organization from patient care to internal culture. The Regional Medical Director (RMD) for Women's Health serves as a critical leader within MultiCare Medical Partners (MMP) and the MultiCare Health System (MHS). In this role, you will provide administrative medical leadership for the Women's Health service line, working in a dyad partnership with the Service Line Assistant Vice President (AVP). Together, you will drive operational, clinical, and financial performance, ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives of the broader health system.
Your day-to-day involves managing the functions of Primary Care and overseeing Site Medical Managers, physicians, and advanced practice providers. You will lead initiatives focused on care delivery, clinical quality, and performance improvement to achieve the Quadruple Aim: better patient experience, better population health, lower per capita cost, and provider professional fulfillment. This position requires a balance of high-level strategic planning and hands-on collaboration to expand growth, improve access, and maintain excellence in patient outcomes.
As a MultiCare employee, you will join a team that values research and innovation through the MultiCare Institute for Research & Innovation, which has been conducting groundbreaking clinical and health services research for 40 years. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive salary range, with pay influenced by your specific skill set, experience, and certifications.
