The Dartmouth Health Manchester-Bedford Obstetrics, Gynecology & Nurse Midwifery team is a cohesive, energetic group of seven board-certified/eligible OB/GYN physicians, eight certified nurse midwives, two APRNs, and one PA. We are supported by a dedicated administration group and a shared philosophy of care committed to high-quality, evidence-based medicine. Our staff, including nurses, medical assistants, and secretaries, are deeply invested in optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Our group covers a busy community hospital in the Bedford/Manchester region of New Hampshire, performing approximately 800 deliveries annually. We offer a comprehensive model of care within our Women's Health Center, bringing together physicians, CNMs, APRNs, PAs, genetic counselors, and Dartmouth Health subspecialists in one office. This integrated approach includes on-site AIUM-certified imaging, licensed genetic counseling, and certified laboratory services, with seamless access to board-certified subspecialists in Maternal Fetal Medicine, Gynecologic Oncology, and Urogynecology.
We maintain an unwavering commitment to serving the economic and socially challenged high-risk populations in our community. The practice features a 24/7 CNM Hospitalist service and utilizes robotic technology via the da Vinci Surgical System, all supported by 24/7 anesthesia coverage and a Level III Maternal Care and NICU (>24 weeks) facility.
This position offers a unique blend of clinical practice and academic engagement. The physician will see patients 1–2 days per week in the clinic and complete 12-hour OB inpatient shifts with a 1:8 call schedule, supported by a nocturnist model. Beyond clinical duties, this role includes an academic appointment at Dartmouth College's Geisel School of Medicine, with opportunities to train second-year residents. Leadership opportunities are available for interested candidates looking to shape the direction of the group.
