We are proud to be a regional tertiary center with strong, dedicated leadership focused on delivering the best patient care in Montana. Benefis has been awarded Becker's "Best Places To Work in Healthcare" for seven consecutive years.
Our culture is deeply rooted in community. We offer Native American programs designed to ensure patients and their families receive care that is culturally sensitive, respectful, and supportive of their unique needs and traditions. With over 460 employed physicians and advanced practice providers, we provide advanced care for everything except burns and organ transplants, supported by robust specialty services including neurosurgery, cardiothoracic, vascular, and a regional cancer institute.

The city experiences four genuine seasons with mild winters and enjoys blue skies over 300 days per year. It is a wonderful and safe place to raise a family, featuring nationally ranked public schools, two accredited colleges, and a new not-for-profit medical school, TouroCOM Montana.\n The Missouri River runs through the community, offering a blue-ribbon fly-fishing destination and over 60 miles of paved recreational trails.
