The Regional Marketing Field Coordinator serves as the on-the-ground marketing partner at the divisional level, bridging the gap between regional strategy and local community execution. This role is designed to support New Home Consultants (NHCs) and sales leaders by ensuring smooth, timely, and brand-aligned marketing implementation across assigned markets.
In this position, you will be the primary resource for field teams, managing everything from collateral requests and signage inventory to on-site logistics for grand openings and open house weekends. You will act as a vital liaison between sales, operations, and the regional marketing team, overseeing community launch execution, Self-Guided Tour installations, and photography requests. The role requires a resourceful professional who can manage multiple deadlines while maintaining high standards for brand presentation in the field.
