About the Role
The Regional Marketing Field Coordinator serves as the vital on-the-ground marketing partner at the divisional level. This role is designed to support local community execution, New Home Consultants (NHC), and division/regional marketing initiatives. You will ensure smooth, timely, and brand-aligned marketing implementation at the community level, acting as the primary resource for sales leaders and NHCs in the field.
In this position, you will bridge the gap between sales, operations, and the regional marketing team to ensure flawless execution. Your day-to-day involves fulfilling requests for flyers and collateral, supporting Quick Move-In (QMI) homes with accurate signage and MLS listings, and overseeing community photography. You will manage signage inventory, coordinate vendor installs, and maintain marketing closets. Additionally, you will plan and execute on-site logistics for local events such as grand openings, broker events, and open house weekends, while supporting national and regional campaign rollouts at the local community level.
