About the Role

As a Flatbed CDL-A Driver, you will operate in the western region of America across regional, local, dedicated, and over-the-road (OTR) routes. You will be responsible for transporting essential materials that support infrastructure and industry. This role is designed for experienced drivers who value safety and reliability.

Your day-to-day involves driving meticulously maintained, modern flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge safety technologies, including lane departure warnings, forward collision systems, and satellite communication devices. A significant part of the role involves tarping loads; approximately 70% of our loads require this task, and drivers must be physically capable of lifting a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice.

We support our drivers with a 24/7/365 road service network and an award-winning driver portal app that provides real-time updates, pay access, and trip data. Whether you are based in Spokane, Fresno, Phoenix, Ennis, Denver, Mead, or Kansas City, you will have access to a supportive team dedicated to your success.

Hiring Process

To join our team, you will complete a short-form application that takes approximately two minutes. Following the application, you can speak with a recruiter to discuss route options and find the best fit for your lifestyle. The process includes a background check, a clean drug test, and a verification of your Clearinghouse results. During orientation, you will undergo a physical capability test to ensure you can safely handle tarping requirements.
